I think that needs a Change proposal of its own and I personally would
prefer not to see that happen prior to F43, so we have at least one
cycle to work out issues with producing and delivering it before we
risk blocking the release for it.
I completely agree with this sentiment, I think we need to get the artifact out there and get feedback for at least one release cycle before we move it to blocking. There's a lot of unknown things here that I don't think are best going straight to blocking on.
I personally now have the ability to test on WSL on both x86 and aarch64 and was disappointed to find out it wasn't official and will look forward to this but there's a bunch of work for a bunch of teams so we need to be pragmatic.
