I just wanted to give a heads up - I've removed the installer help criterion from the Final release criteria: https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=Fedora_40_Final_Release_Criteria&diff=695349&oldid=695347 why? well, the installer removed help: https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5335 so, the criterion becomes useless. I decided to just go ahead and do this rather than proposing it, as it seems like a pretty clear-cut situation, but I did want to explain why it had happened.
