Mailing list subscriptions aren't directly attached to your FAS
account, because we don't want to require a FAS account to subscribe to
our mailing lists.

You will need to change your subscription through the mailing list
system - https://lists.fedoraproject.org/ . You can sign in with a FAS
account to configure subscriptions associated with that address, I
think. You can also add additional email addresses that you control to
your mailman account at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/accounts/email/
and control subscriptions to those addresses. So you should be able to
subscribe the new address and unsubscribe the old address.
