I'm pretty sure that before Fedora 39, typing an accented character (Italian keyboard) while the caps lock is active, will result in the uppercase version of such accented character (i.e. è -> È). It was an useful way to type accented capital letters instead of E' Now it doesn't work anymore. Or better, it doesn't work in many applications (i.e. Libreoffice, Firefox, Evolution, GNOME Text Editor), but it works on Chrome or Telegram. What might be the cause?
