It won't, at least not at release. F37 will get a 6.0 kernel as a post-
release update likely a week or two after release. So if you think this
is sufficiently important that it should be in the release, it would be
a good idea to mark a bug report as a proposed FE so we can talk to the
kernel team about whether it's a good idea to backport it.

(As it happens I'm running a Ryzen 6xxx system ATM and have had the
graphics die a couple of times, not sure if it's this bug or something
else).
