Hello,
have you fully updated your system before trying to perform the upgrade?
The recommended workflow is:
- dnf update --refresh
- dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=37
You might want to use the following arguments with the second command that will remove conflicting packages and that might help you with the upgrade.
- --allowerasing
- --skip-broken
