Thanks for the feedback on this. I've gone ahead and created a bunch of
tickets, and updated the retrospective page recommendations section
with links:

one thing I just went ahead and did myself - I updated the Test Day SOP
page (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA/SOP_Test_Day_management ) to
cover mailing users@ list, plus some other updates.
