Hello Kwosga,
You don't need to be in any group to participate in QA, (I was newer added to the QA group and do QA all the time).
You can simply follow guidelines in
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA and follow instructions there.
Someone with proper access levels can add you to the group.
