"Desktop" to me implies not server, not tower, not mini-tower, not micro.

Strike "possibility". In use must be the use case, so:

* On computers using two displays

I don't think that a "common PC" is a better term than a "desktop PC".

So it could sound like this:
"On computers using two monitors (e.g. two monitors on a desktop, or the integrated screen and one external monitor on a laptop), the graphical output is correctly shown on both monitors."

I replaced "video" with "graphical output", to clear any possible confusion about movies playback :) The terms monitors/displays/screens are interchangeable, I guess? Native speakers should fine-tune this.
