The SIG has an issue tracker at:
https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/issues

They also provide some guidance in the docs:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/i3/bugs/

Looks like this was already reported:
https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/issue/44

More generally, I think a Bugzilla against the appropriate component
is generally the right place to start for failures in specific
components (as opposed to bugs with the integrated result). I have
lengthy opinions about bug tracking that I will save for another time.
