Well, if you think a bug should be a freeze exception issue, then
propose it as one. You don't need any special status or permissions to
do so. You can either manually mark it as blocking the bug
"BetaFreezeException", or use the blockerbugs app via
https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/propose_bug . They have the
same effect.
