A further update on this: FESCo has voted on it and approved it: https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2548 the Greenwave policy has been updated, and a bug in greenwave which was affecting the decisions has been fixed. I'm now proposing we merge and deploy the Bodhi PR which would make this gating start happening: https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/pull/4180 The contingency plan would be to change the Greenwave policy to drop the requirements for the `_critpath` decision contexts, so they're the same as the non-critpath ones; if this goes badly, that can be done very quickly (it just needs someone with the authority to run the greenwave playbook, like nirik).
