Just in case someone here has a bug report they can point me at: is
there some known reason why wired Ethernet doesn't work on the Raspberry
Pi 3b+? I can't get it working with any combination of F33, rawhide,
aarch64, or armhfp. I distinctly remember it working in the past as I
used it to test IoT builds.
Ethernet works fine with Raspberry Pi OS. Wifi works fine with Fedora.
