We don't really do any checking/validation of low memory configs, though, so when this changes we don't necessarily notice. openQA install tests use 2GB RAM, so we would notice if things stopped working with 2GB, but we don't test below that. Running Workstation with less than 2GB is really not gonna give you a great experience, though. If anything, I'd actually think we should update the docs to specify 2GB minimum for GNOME and KDE.
