Not as bad as yours, but this is on a system that's idle and is just
plain wrong too.

top - 21:03:41 up  6:24,  1 user,  load average: 1.66, 1.68, 1.64

What kernel? I'm on 5.8rc4. About to reboot to rc5 now.
