Sorry, I wasn't very clear here. The bug in question was reported against Fedora 30. So the fact that you're still having trouble with 4.11.7 suggests that 4.10.14 doesn't actually fix it (or it's a separate, but similar issue). I'd be willing to bet they're close enough that the bug isn't actually fixed.
