There was an error in nightly that caused sound to be lost. It has been fixed, so a future update to firefox will probably fix this. You could go here, https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1493080 and download the previous version's rpm, and downgrade it using dnf -C downgrade [previous package] if you want to have sound immediately in the meantime. You probably want the x86_64 versions.
