I learned quite a bit today.
That was super helpful.
I had not taken into consideration the mirror-relationship to the timing of the release of a package like the kernel.
I will need to learn lots more about mirrors, before digging in deeper.
Now I see one reason that I do not need to be using Rawhide, and that is the debugging feature of the rc's.
