Oh... let's clarify:
I installed F30, done the
$ gsettings set org.gnome.software enable-repos-dialog true
thing, rebooted... waited a bit, decided to open gnome-software myself, open update tab, downloaded, install
It rebooted, when it came back I saw the message on top of the gnome-software (but had to use journalctl to copy the message)...
So it failed, I was and still am ... for now ... on F30.
And so I did the update with gnome-software (in offline mode), and after reboot, I gave you the ls output still in F30 (updated).
P.S. Button 'Changes' for F32 on Fedora magazine give: 404 error.
