Added NVMe Test Case and Basic Criterion

Hey testers,

As NVMe hardware is indeed a Fedora-supported locally-connected storage interface, I've added an NVMe test case[0][1] to the test matrices, as well as linked NVMe hardware to the basic criterion covering storage interfaces[2].
