Sorry for the late reply -- it's been a busy month.  I'd just like to add that I'm +1 for to the proposal, with the exception of excluding the help viewer (e.g. yelp).  I think testing to make sure the help browser works is vital.

So you might be glad to hear that a help viewer was added to the blocking set :-) Thanks for your feedback.
