It'll very likely be a bug in dracut 050, as that just showed up
recently:

openQA is showing the same failure since 20200304.n.1:

I hadn't looked into it yet, though, as I'm too busy with F32 :/

anaconda devs were already aware of and have filed one bug with dracut
050:

I don't know if that's also causing failures in non-kickstart case,
though. I'll look into it a bit.
