Looks like the RAID controller presents itself as a SCSI bus;  RAID
shows up as /dev/sda with two partitions, guessing sda1 is boot and
sda2 is lvm.

I'd say yes to the hardware raid test, and no for the SAS test. But
I've always wondered exactly what a failure would look like, since the
base block device driver is SCSI for both SATA and SAS.
