I have an F31 system installed on VM from a couple of weeks ago. I've kept it up-to-date and have done a little bit of testing. Anyway..... [egreshko@f31bk ~]$ rpm -q kf5-ktexteditor libgit2 kf5-ktexteditor-5.61.0-1.fc31.x86_64 libgit2-0.28.3-1.fc31.x86_64 I've not done anything special to get those installed.
