Hello!
Installation of F31 on my Dell Inspiron 15 is failing, either, by creating a live USB stick and (kind of) by upgrading F30 --> F31 by DNF.
The live USB doesn't even pass from the boot selecor (start, test media, troubleshooting). After choosing any option I receive a black unresponsive screen. No error messages and just the power button works.
Now I discovered that after using DNF to upgrade to F31 if I select the F31's kernel I have the same black screen, but if I choose any of the F30 previous kernels the system starts nicely.
Can this be a kernel issue?
