[Test Day] Fedora 31 Upgrade Test Day 2019-09-23

Hey All,

As we approach the Final Release date for Fedora 31, most users will be upgrading. This test day will help us understand if everything is working perfectly. This test day will cover both a Gnome graphical upgrade and an upgrade done using DNF. As part of preparing for the final release of Fedora 31, we need your help to test if everything runs smoothly.

All the details are in the wiki[0] and as usual, we will be hanging out at #fedora-test-day on Freenode for question, bugs and discussions.
