So this is the first Beta RC. All accepted blockers are addressed in it (KDE desktop background is still not *right*, but it's not the same as F30, so it's not Beta blocking any more). We have the go/no-go meeting tomorrow, so it'd be great if folks could test this and fill out all the Basic and Beta tests if possible.
