Hi, I frequently run "dnf upgrade" on my systems and a few days ago did just that. My system booted just fine but the networking did NOT come up as it has prior to this upgrade. It's like the system now wants to be ipv6 only. Manual ipv4 configuration works just fine. I'm testing in a virtual machine with VirtualBox that has also been working just fine... The SAME problem started there to. Again, it's like the system wants to be ipv6 only... and, again, manual ipv4 configuration works just fine. I have been working on the thought that I might have goofed something up so I reinstalled the VM, selecting "KDE Plasma Workstation" and have made NO other changes. I still have the problem. I've tried different versions of VirtualBox with NO joy. Does anyone know what has changed and possibly how to recover? At this point, I am willing to provide any other information I can or try suggested solutions. This whole experience has left me feeling like the village idiot... NOT as much fun as they say it is. Best regards, George... _______________________________________________ test mailing list -- test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to test-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
