The test case is a direct representation of
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Workstation/Technical_Specification#Core_Applications . We should probably link them to clarify
that.

The launch requirement is there because, IIRC, Workstation SIG
specified that they wanted these apps to be available and runnable at
Beta time. 'desktop menus' is a Final criterion.

Right, that link is even in the testcase, and I understand the connection. What confuses me is that it's marked as Beta, i.e. a potential Beta blocker, while we have no Beta/Final/any criterion for it. If say Boxes dropped out of the compose (but still was listed on the wiki page), would we block the release? And on what grounds?
