Yeah, but 'caribou' is alternative to the Gnome On-Screen Keyboard and that is still in development.
The bug I found is that when we try to switch the locale on the screen keyboard it gives just few seconds to choose the locale and if we missed out then the keyboard gets pop out and even after if locale is selected the keyboard gets pop out. So this will be come under the bug part or suggestion to improvement?

I *believe* the correct component is called 'caribou'. You
know...obviously. *sigh* naming.
