What's the best way to get an upstream Xorg bug on Fedora's radar if an existing
bug doesn't seem to be indentifiable? File a bug anyway?

X server aborts when Composite extension is disabled

These could be same, but I can't tell:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?chfieldfrom=7m&chfieldto=Now&classification=Fedora&component=xorg-x11&component=xorg-x11-server&f1=longdesc&list_id=8626918&longdesc=funlockfile&longdesc_type=allwordssubstr&o1=notsubstring&product=Fedora&query_format=advanced&v1=intel.so

Host at immediate issue here has hd5450 Radeon.
