So there are F24 and F25 updates for libdb in updates-testing as part
of the effort to fix

I tried to upgrade from F25 to F26 a RPi3 (arm) following QA:Testcase_upgrade_dnf_current_server and without installing libdb -21 update: the upgrade process got stuck on cleaning up some package.
Then I did a fresh install of F25 on such device. Before performing the system upgrade I installed this package update: the system upgrade was successful.
