Hi,
there might not be many Fedora users having Fedora on an USB flash medium as boot device.
I use a 32GB USB3.0 and 64GB USB 3.0 (in my case Sandisk Ultra). My 64GB stick is in reading much slower, then the 32GB stick - this I have recognised by very slow dnf updates in F25.
I talked to Sandisk, they will replace the 64GB stick.
Test results with F3:
