Betreff: Kernel x86_64 4.5.5- 300.fc24 - no shutdown possible
Hi,
shutting down remains in the Fedora screen blue with the stars, the curser is disappeared, only possible to shutdown totally by power off. This is a new installation of F24 after the problem described in in the thread " It's F24, but possibly concerns more Fxx, Kernel dnf update -> grub> ". This shutdown problem i had also with Kernel 4.8.6-201.fc24 before the error "grub>" appeared, no display of grub boot menue.
Question: How to make a downgrade of Kernel, when there is only one Kernel in the system? I would like to downgrade untill this error disappears to help finding the reason for this error.
Kind regards
