If the USB stick contains a live image the tool will display at startup a message to that effect (step 6) and assuming that "How to test" and "Expected Results" are a one to one match I was looking for a notification similar to the one that pops up *before* you are burning a RW disc. I would actually go as far as merging "How to test" steps 1 and 2, and remove "Expected Results" step 1.
