I know Festival is a problem and I am probably not going to have time to fix it. Given the machine with my digium card has died, my incentive for wanting Festival has dropped. It also really needs to get updated, which will be a significant amount of work.

Given its current state we should probably retire it before f25 beta unless someone wants to try to work on it.
