IF you created BIOS Boot on either drive, and managed to get out of
custom partitioning without a warning, then it's a valid bug. File it
with each log in /tmp as an attachment.

Looks like the installer is running grub2-install on /dev/sda which is
root, not /boot so it'd be sda that needs the BIOS Boot partition for
the installation to work.
