As I said on IRC, it'd probably be a good idea to check in with the Change authors first and sync up with them. Before picking a date it's best to work with the devs to make sure they will be available (if possible) and the Change is ready for testing - it may be that the date is too early and they won't have the feature ready for testing by then.
