Huh? There are multiple gstreamer plugin packages. Some are free and
non-patent-encumbered and are in Fedora. Others are in third party
repos. The gstreamer/gstreamer1 split is nothing to do with plugins,
it's just different, API-incompatible versions of gstreamer that
different apps depend on.
