The new DNF langpacks test case didn't have a conventional name and its
contents seemed to be nonsensical, with lots of duplication and no clear
explanation of what was expected to happen. I have renamed it to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Testcase_dnf_langpacks and tried to
clean it up a bit, but further improvement would be great, i.e. any
additional things that should actually be tested.
Should there be a test for GNOME Software-level installation / removal of
langpacks?
