non-obvious option to use 'dd' will make it work.</ref>

I updated this fail on UEFI with a qualifier. It's a gray area if it's
a hard fail or a warn. I decided it was a fail because using dd to get
UEFI booting to work just seems too hidden and non-obvious. But the
tool can do it correctly, just the default needs to be changed.

Also, this is only presently built for Fedora 24, but with a work
around will work on Fedora 23.

I haven't seen Windows or OS X builds yet.

What's the meaning of this test case being tagged with the alpha
milestone? Testable or it works?

Another series of questions is whether media check works and how to
test it? It will write a local ISO to USB stick, but I know it's not
checking it first because it writes known good and corrupted ISOs. So
maybe it only checks downloaded ones?
