So the failed openQA tests are all caused by a kernel issue:

Kernel hangs in DRM init when booting with the 'vga' virtual graphics
adapter that openQA instances use, thus none of the tests get anywhere.

AIUI some of the cloud images are built in VMs so that may be causing
the cloud compose failure too, but I'm not sure. The lives and ARM disk
images are probably something else (dependency issues most likely),
I'll have a look at that next.
