Yes, but it's kind of artificial: releng didn't used to count failed
composes. Only RC2, RC3, RC5, RC6, and RC9 so far have been 'real'
composes; RC1, RC4, RC7 and RC8 were failed compose attempts that never
got outside of releng. On the pre-F23 compose process, we'd only be on
RC5 right now.
