I think it is a problem....  Why?

If I

mkdir vb-2015-10-15_07:51:53-win10   and then do

touch vb-2015<TAB>   I get it expanded to....

touch vb-2015-10-15_07\:51\:53-win10/

notice the : are being escaped.

My question is: why?

For example:

"mkdir a:b:c " runs without escaping the ":" chars!
And then "ls a:b:c" runs without escaping ":" too.
