Thank you for the tip. After reboot is ok. But ... Fedora 23 beta rc1 seems ok and after updates appeared that problem. Today, updating F22 ... same problem. The difference f23-f22: f22 needs sudo (the right way!) but f23 (cli, as root with no root rights) it does not require sudo for "setenforce 0; reboot"!
