I rebuilt from the same .src.rpm (same as -4 but with "%undefine _hardened_build" added) twice, once for F23, once for F21, and created live images with both builds. The F23 one still doesn't boot - seems like "%undefine _hardened_build" isn't enough - but an F23 live image with an F21 build of isolinux does boot.
