I actually imported the right keys and did the upgrade. It worked
flawlessly for me too.

The fact is... Does anybody know if this is really unsupported? Is
there an 'official statement' or so?

1) If yes, dnf should be able to automatically import the keys and I
should reopen the bug.
2) If not, then we are fine and the bug I reported should remain close
as it is now.
