I have the same error last night. Only this help me:
# yum install fedora-repos-rawhide yum-utils # yum-config-manager --disable fedora updates updates-testing # yum-config-manager --enable rawhide # yum update yum # yum --releasever=rawhide distro-sync --nogpgcheck
