[Test-Announce] New Fedora 22 Nightly compose test event: 20141222

Once again I noticed a new nightly test event was 'needed' while 
testing relval changes! So the new testing nightly is 20141222.

Changes to 'significant' packages since 20141216 are:

Package: python-blivet
20141216: 0.72-1
20141222: 0.73-1
Package: anaconda
20141216: 22.12-1
20141222: 22.13-1

(currently the list of possible 'significant' packages is just 
'anaconda', 'python-blivet', 'pyparted', 'lorax', 'pungi', 'parted', 
'pykickstart').
