It just happened again in F21, and for the first time, it happened in the middle of a transaction, so there's nothing preventing that (but yum-complete-transaction was able to finish it, at least). I'm guessing it has to do with my having slower hardware than most other testers, like with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=946964 , so no other testers will see it until we get closer to release (and maybe not until after).
